Monocle offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After your trial, plans start at $30/month per user. Billing is managed securely through Stripe — you can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription at any time from your account settings.

How secure is my data?+
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled through industry-standard providers, and all resources are scoped to your organization — no one outside your team can access your data. We never share your information with third parties.
What are Customer Motions?+
Motions are an execution system, not a system of record. Instead of just tracking what happened, Motions actively check whether the right work has been done for each customer and surface what’s still missing. Think of them as intelligent checklists that verify completion — like having a co-pilot that watches your book of business and tells you exactly what needs attention next.
What does Owlbert actually do?+
Owlbert is Monocle’s AI recommendation engine. It analyzes your customer data, calendar, tasks, and motion progress to surface prioritized next actions. Rather than making you hunt for what needs attention, Owlbert tells you who needs help, what to do, and why — so you can start each day with a clear plan.
How does the @task feature work in notes?+
While writing a meeting note, type “@task” followed by your task description on a new line. Monocle automatically creates a task linked to that customer when you save the note. It’s the fastest way to turn meeting action items into tracked follow-ups without leaving your note.
What integrations are available?+
Monocle integrates with Google Calendar (bidirectional sync), Google Meet (auto-generated meeting links), HubSpot CRM (bidirectional company, contact, and engagement sync), and Salesforce (account and contact sync). Slack, Zendesk, and Pylon are on our roadmap.
